Recognizing the challenges faced by Women and Children in Imo State, Bar. Mrs. Chioma Uzodimma has spearheaded numerous initiatives aimed at Empowerment, Education, and Healthcare. Through various Programs, she has created platforms that address Gender-based Violence, promote Skill Acquisition, and provide Educational support for underprivileged Children. Her Advocacy extends to Maternal and Child Health, ensuring that Women receive the necessary Care and Resources to raise Healthy families.

Her work aligns with Global efforts towards Gender Equality, emphasizing the importance of giving Women a Voice in Governance, Business, and Society. Through partnerships with Governmental and Non-governmental Organizations, she has pushed for Policies that promote Female inclusivity and Economic Independence.
